At Goldie Lou’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, the item must be shipped back within this 14-day period.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email a photo of the item along with your order details to info@goldielous.com. We will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost, including covering any applicable shipping fees.
